Smart Rail Mobility

On May 6–7, 2025, a meeting of Czech and German experts took place in Dresden, focusing on railway transport, signaling technology, operational safety, ETCS, and ATC. The event was jointly organized by Rail.S e. V. and ITS&S (SDT), and hosted by the Technical University of Dresden.

In addition to expert presentations, participants also had the opportunity to tour the university’s laboratory, gaining a unique insight into the research environment at TU Dresden.

Representatives of the Czech ITS community highly appreciated the well-organized event and the professional care provided throughout the two days. We believe this meeting laid a strong foundation for future scientific and business cooperation between the Czech Republic and Germany.

Many thanks to our German partners for a superbly organized event!
